My gran used to make these with us but I haven’t had one in soooo long!
Pre-heat oven to 200C
Roll out a section of ready made puff pastry fairly thin.
Oil the baking tray very well then place the pastry onto it.
Get a couple heaped tablespoons of Ragu (I use the Traditional sauce for most lasagne/bolognese dishes so I used it for this) and spread these over the base, leaving a little edge for the crust.
Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese and any toppings your tummy desires.
Bake for 15minutes.
